  • PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
    Personal Data. "Personal Data" is information that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, birthdate, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. We collect Personal Data from you when you complete our CLIENT FORM. We may also collect Personal Data you provide by interacting with us through social media or other forums, from government entities that make information publicly available, and from other third-party services and organizations.

    We use Personal Data collected from or about you: To provide you with our RCM Fusion Match Making Services, To contact you, including sending marketing, advertising, information and updates relating to our Services, responses to questions or requests and/or for the provision of customer services.
  • CATEGORIES AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE WILL USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
    Data Categories Account & Contact Data, including identifiers such as your phone number, billing address and email address. Payment Data, including payment card/account details, account verification data and commercial information such as transaction data. We will only use your Personal Data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.
  • WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
    We DO NOT share Personal Data with third-parties for their direct marketing purposes without your permission.

    To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We maintain (and require our subcontractors and service providers to maintain) appropriate organizational and technical measures designed to protect the security and confidentiality of any information we process. However, no organizational or technical measures are 100% secure so you should take care when disclosing information online and act reasonably to protect yourself online.

    You have the following choices regarding your Personal Data. To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before any request for access or alteration of your Personal Data. How You Can Access or Correct Your Information. You can contact us via the e-mail address in the Contact Us section below. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your Personal Data by sending us a request that credibly shows the error. How You Can Terminate our Service. You can terminate our service at any time by contacting mark@rcmfusion.com. When you ask us to terminate our service, your account will be removed from our Service.  ALL PERSONAL DATA WILL BE DELETED FROM OUR SYSTEM AT THAT TIME.
  • YOUR RIGHTS
    You have the following rights under Data Protection laws. To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before any exercise of the following rights according to applicable law. Request access to your Personal Data (commonly known as a "data subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it. Request correction of your Personal Data. Request correction of the Personal Data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us. Request erasure of your Personal Data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove Personal Data where there is no good reason for us continuing to possess it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your Personal Data to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request. Request transfer of your Personal Data. Request the transfer of your Personal Data to you or to a third party. We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you. Right to withdraw consent. Withdraw consent at any time when we are relying on consent to process your Personal Data. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain features of our Services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent. Right to data portability. You may request us to transmit certain data we have about you (collected based on your consent or in order to provide you with our service) to another data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (so long as this is technically feasible).     What we may need from you. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response. Time limit to respond. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex, or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

    We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, audit, reporting and/or corporate compliance requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the purposes for which we process your Personal Data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

    Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site.
